2. Products & Services
We take care to present our products, colours, designs and details as accurately as possible.
Some product images feature AI-generated or digitally enhanced models. While we make every effort to match our actual garments, minor visual differences in colours, trims, stitching, fit and other details may occur due to digital rendering, photography and screen settings.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides and product details before purchasing.
Accessories shown in our images, including shoes, bracelets, underscrub tops, eye masks and other styling items, are for presentation purposes only. These items are not included with purchases or offered for sale unless expressly stated.
All products are subject to applicable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Modifications to Services & Prices
We reserve the right to update or modify our product collections, prices, website features and services, or discontinue products when necessary.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST where applicable. Any shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Changes to pricing or product offerings will apply to future purchases and will not alter accepted orders without agreement or otherwise affect your legal rights.
We aim to keep all information accurate and up to date.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.
We may decline or cancel orders due to genuine pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or product unavailability, in accordance with applicable law.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund or another solution agreed with you.
Payments are handled through the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Eligible change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these policies limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

When you submit reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, videos or other content, you confirm that your submissions are genuine, lawful and do not infringe the rights of others.
You retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting reviews or comments directly to our website, you grant GROSHAZ permission to display them on our website in connection with our products and customer experience.
With your permission, we may also feature your photographs, videos, reviews and other approved content on our website, social media, advertisements and other promotional materials.
Where you authorise promotional use, you grant GROSHAZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, share and reasonably adapt the approved content for those purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or remove submissions that are unlawful, offensive, misleading or inappropriate. We will not knowingly alter genuine customer reviews in a way that misrepresents customer experiences.

All GROSHAZ branding, logos, original designs, photographs and website content are owned by GROSHAZ or their respective rights holders.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend website features for maintenance, improvements or operational reasons.
9. Liability & Consumer Rights
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information, reliable services and a secure shopping experience.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
